Postal Rates
Pandora Bell's web orders are sent by standard post.
There is a charge of €7.50 per package (under 2KG)* for delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
If you are ordering from outside Ireland, our website will automatically charge you €7.50 for postage. We will send you the balance of the postage fee via Paypal. Should you wish to cancel the order at any time you are perfectly free to do so.
Great Britain
The balance due would be €17.50 per package (under 2KG)* for delivery within the UK. Each 2KG will be charged an extra €25
Europe and the Rest of the World
The balance due would be €22.50 per package (under 2KG)* for delivery within Europe. Each 2KG will be charged an extra €30.
More about Postage
We aim to send out all orders as soon as they reach us, but can not guarantee same day postage for any order received after 12 midday (GMT). That means that orders received after midday may not be sent out until the following working day.
We process, pack and post our orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over a weekend will be dealt with the following working day.
Our deliveries are made using standard post. Should you wish to use a courier service, please send us a mail and we can arrange it.
Items being sent outside the EU may be liable for customs charges on entry- the recipient is liable for these charges.
We do not advise ordering any of our products that include chocolate if you live in a hot country. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to chocolate products being shipped during hot weather. If the product is exposed to high temperatures in transit it will not reach you in perfect shape.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any of Pandora Bell’s products, simply return them in their original packaging within seven days, and we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund. We are not liable for the cost of return post.
If a product is out of stock, with the customers permission, we will substitute a product of equal or higher value.
